Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram is among the players nominated for the Serie A player of the month award for August.

The Frenchman is one of six candidates along with Thomas Tiesson Kristensen, Scott McTominay, Nico Paz, Matias Soule, and Kenan Yildiz.

Inter striker Marcus Thuram has gotten the season off to a strong start.

The 28-year-old may not have been able to score to prevent Inter from losing to Udinese before the international break. However, he was not one of his team’s worst performers in that loss.

Thuram got the assist for Denzel Dumfries in Inter’s opening goal in that match.

Meanwhile, Thuram had an outstanding display in Inter’s Serie A opener against Torino.

The France international scored a brace as the Nerazzurri won that match 5-0.

Inter striker Thuram is a candidate for the Serie A player of the month award for August.

Udinese defender Thomas Tiesson Kristensen has also received a nomination. He put in an outstanding display in the Friulani’s win over Inter.

Then, Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay has also received a negotiations.

As have Como midfielder Nico Paz, Roma winger Matias Soule, and Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz.
