Brothers Khephren and Marcus Thuram were at the epicentre of yesterday’s Derby d’Italia, which saw Inter Milan lose 4-3 to Juventus in Turin.
Both brothers scored for their teams, with just six minutes between their goals.
Inter forward Marcus Thuram scored the goal to put Inter 3-2 up against the Bianconeri in the 76th minute.
However, his brother equalised for Juventus in the 82nd minute.
Youngster Vasilije Adzic scored the winner for the Old Lady with a spectacular long-range effort in stoppage time.
Marcus Thuram Truth About Celebration In Juventus 4-3 Inter Milan

The Gazzetta dello Sport speculated after the match about Thuram’s goal.
The Nerazzurri forward hardly celebrated his goal that put his team in the lead.
The reason for this? “Juve is his father’s team,” Gazzetta write, via FcInter1908.
“And against the team his Dad supports, you can score without going overboard right after.”
“It is whispered that he had spoken about it with friends before the big clash,” the paper continued.
“The wildest moment is thus captured in the snapshot, with the hand at the temple and the usual, familiar gesture.”
Therefore, Thuram’s refusal to go overboard may anger some Inter fans.
However, it is likely born out of respect for his family than anything more sinister.
He was laughing with his brother because he told him to admit that he made a foul on Bony before the 4th goal. No harm laughing about it. Madrid’s Casemiro, Benzema, and Kroos laughed about it when they were behind against City as well. I rather they loosen themselves and laugh rather than being all tense and crap. Chill guys.
Agree.
In those 95min, you’re not a brother, friend or whatever. In those 95min we are bitter rivals and everyone single one of us, should do whatever it takes to defeat our opponents. Thurams behaviour is a great example with what is wrong with us. To be honest, that is the one good thing that Conte implemented, but what started lacking when he left.
biarpun gimana tindakan turam tdk dibenarkan itu artinya ia sudah menyakiti prasaan fans interisti penggemar bola tau bahkan seluruh dunia bahwa inter & si nyonya peot adalah rivalitas abadi saya pribadi sempat kaget saat turam tanpa selebrasi bahkan cengar-cengir seperti badut saat repen Thuram mencetak gol, penyeimbang sblm inter kalah 4:3
Fuck off to Juve Marcus, and you can giggle away with your brother to your hearts content… you don’t belong at Inter….
You gotta be kidding me you’re mad because he had a subdued celebration? He still scored, and is it illegal for him to talk to his brother? You think a little giggle means he doesn’t care about the team he plays for?
this may be news to you, but Juventus just happen to be our most hated rivals! You know, the team that cheated and bribed their way through decades of football, costing Inter who knows how many titles…. So yes, as an Interisti I take it very seriously when our can’t be arsed at the best of times striker decides not to celebrate scoring against them, and then follows that up by giggling away when they score their winner!! That shows me that he does care, and if he’d rather be at Juve with his Dad and his brother, he’s welcome to Fuck Off, so we can buy a number 9 who scores consistently, and doesn’t laugh in the face of his own fans!
Sorry I don’t agree with anything you’re saying. Did you know the players on the field are human too? Who said he wants to go to Juve just because he was “giggling” on the field talking to his brother! He might not be the most incredible striker around but he hauled us to the CL final last year and had a better year than Lautaro imo. Support your own players and quit getting on their backs over speculative bullshit
There’s nothing speculative about it!! He didn’t celebrate scoring, and then had a giggle fit when Juve scored their winner!! This might be acceptable behaviour to the modern day fan, but for me, it shows exactly why we won’t win anything until players like that are gone!!
He’s right!
Subdued celebration is fine, in fact it’s pretty normal for him.
But to be stood in absolute historical laughter with your brother as they score a potential winner in a mammoth match against your bitter rivals is completely disgraceful.
It shows a complete lack of understanding and actually makes me question his character and work ethics.
He can have a good old laugh with his bro and dad in the changing room or out for dinner after the game but you’re supposed to be given 100% for the shirt and that is not.
Lautaro is streaky but he would run himself into the ground for this shirt. Marcus clearly couldn’t care less. And that’s fine if you’re bagging 25 a year, but he had a terrible 2nd 1/2 of last season and seems more interested in doing tricks that just lose the ball and laughing with his brother than actually fighting for this team.
Well said!!
The one who sucked the most are the way he is laughing alongside his brother when juventus score the 4th goal
