Inter U23 extended their winning streak in Serie C with a 2-1 victory away at Lumezzane, thanks to a decisive brace from Matteo Spinacce.

The young forward struck inside the opening minutes to give Stefano Vecchi’s team an ideal start, before sealing the win with another finish midway through the second half, as noted by FCInterNews.

The Nerazzurri controlled much of the game, creating chances through La Gumina and Topalovic, while the hosts were reduced to ten men when Paghera saw red in the first half.

Despite numerical advantage, Inter U23 were pegged back as Malotti converted a penalty in the 68th minute.

Just six minutes later, Spinaccé restored the lead, ensuring the points returned to Milan.

With this result, Inter U23 claimed their fourth consecutive win and moved level on points with Brescia in third place.

Vecchi’s men are now just three points off the top, a sign of their growing credentials as one of the strongest sides in Serie C.
