Katherine Ralph takes the helm of the newly formed Stadio San Siro S.p.A., tasked with overseeing the construction of the new stadium.

According to Calcio e Finanza via FCInterNews, Ralph will be the chairman of the holding company’s board of directors.

Ralph, Global Opportunities Strategy Managing Director at Oaktree, will lead the board and steer the project’s strategic and financial decisions.

Meanwhile, AC Milan and Inter Milan are advancing their plans for a new San Siro stadium by establishing the holding company.

Fully controlled by NSM Holding, a 50/50 joint venture formed by Milan’s Stadco Srl and Inter’s BlueCo Srl, the new holding company is taking shape.

Indeed, the board of directors will feature six members.

In addition to Ralph, Massimiliano Catanese and Carlo Ligori will be Inter’s remaining representatives on the board.

On the other hand, Filippo Guidotti Mori, Stefano Cocirio, and Francesco Bramante will represent the Rossoneri.

Furthermore, this governance structure reflects the equal partnership between the two clubs.
