Inter boss Cristian Chivu has relied heavily on the Swiss center-back in the early stages of the season.

For perspective, Akanji has strung together four consecutive starts in Serie A.

Moreover, he featured in Inter’s 2-0 victory away to Ajax in the Champions League before coming off the bench against Slavia Prague.

Therefore, the club has already made up its mind.

Indeed, Inter will reportedly purchase the former Borussia Dortmund ace permanently next June.

Meanwhile, Bisseck could leave San Siro as early as January after losing his place in the team.
