Ange-Yoan Bonny is becoming a decisive weapon for Inter Milan. The French forward produced another outstanding performance at the Stadio Olimpico in the 1–0 win over Roma, confirming his rapid rise as a central figure in Cristian Chivu’s attack.
With three goals and three assists in his first seven Serie A appearances, Bonny has matched the productivity of a top-level striker and ensured that the Nerazzurri have not missed the injured Marcus Thuram.
His impact has gone beyond simple numbers – timing, aggression, vertical runs and personality have already made him a reference point for Chivu’s system.
Roma 0-1 Inter Milan – Record Breaking Bonny In Numbers

Inter’s official website highlighted a series of historic milestones after Roma vs Inter:
- Bonny’s goal at 6 minutes is the fastest Inter strike against Roma in Serie A since 2011, when Wesley Sneijder scored after three minutes at San Siro.
- With 3 goals and 3 assists in 7 league matches, Bonny becomes the first Inter player since the Serie A returned to 20 teams (2004/05) to hit both numbers so early in a season.
- He has participated in more goals than any other Inter player so far, and has now scored in back-to-back league matches for the first time in his Nerazzurri career.
- Inter have become the first side in Serie A history to win five consecutive away matches against Roma, with an aggregate score of 11–2 at the Olimpico in that run.
- Bonny’s strike also helped Inter reach 300 all-time Serie A goals against Roma – another historic first, as no club had ever reached that total against a single opponent in the Italian top flight.
At just 21, Bonny is proving to be more than a stand-in. He is pushing, convincing, and delivering – one goal at a time.
With Thuram close to returning and Lautaro already at full rhythm, Chivu now has a growing problem of abundance in attack.
And Bonny has every intention of staying in the spotlight.

Who knew borrowing a striker for a few games could lead to so many historic milestones? Bonny is suddenly Inters most valuable player, scoring faster than Wesley Sneijder ever did (almost)! Three goals and three assists in seven games? Call the record book, folks! And lets not forget Inters winning streak against Roma – theyre practically writing their own chapter in derbies history. Marcus Thuram better watch out, his replacement is scoring left and right, making Inters attack look like a five-star general with too many soldiers. Bonny is certainly delivering one goal at a time, keeping everyone on their toes. Inters problem now isnt missing Thuram, its having too many scorers!tải video YouTube
