Davide Frattesi and Petar Sucic are in contention for a place in the starting lineup in tonight’s clash between Royale Union SG and Inter Milan.

According to Sky Sport via FCInterNews, Yann Bisseck could also regain a starting berth at the expense of Manuel Akanji.

The German center-back could return to the starting XI amid talks he is considering a winter exit due to a lack of first-team opportunities.

Meanwhile, Cristian Chivu is reportedly planning further changes in the middle of the park.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan could make way for Sucic after a decent performance against Roma last weekend.

Indeed, the 36-year-old needs rest, especially with a high-stakes Serie A game against Napoli on the horizon.

Furthermore, Frattesi could finally make his first Champions League start under Chivu.

Like Sucic, the Italian star came off the bench in Rome on Saturday, taking Hakan Calhanoglu’s place.

However, he could replace Nicolo Barella tonight, with Chivu eager to hand the diminutive ace some much-needed rest.
