Inter Milan could reportedly welcome star striker Marcus Thuram back from injury for the upcoming Serie A clash against Hellas Verona.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Frenchman could be ready for Inter’s trip to Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi on November 2.

Inter lost Marcus Thuram to a thigh injury during their Champions League home win over Slavia Prague in late September.

Therefore, the 28-year-old spent the entire international break on the sidelines, trying to regain full fitness.

However, he is still not at Cristian Chivu’s disposal.

Ange-Yoan Bonny and Francesco Pio Esposito have thrived in Thuram’s absence.

Indeed, the French starlet scored in back-to-back Serie A matches on either side of the international break.

Meanwhile, the 20-year-old Italian netted his first-ever Champions League goal in last night’s win over Royale Union SG.

However, Thuram remains a vital part of this team.

Therefore, his return from injury will be a massive boost for the Nerazzurri, especially given the brutal fixture schedule.
