After three consecutive road trips, Inter Milan will return to San Siro tomorrow to take on Serie A underachievers Fiorentina.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri are keen to return to winning ways after Saturday’s debacle in Naples.

Napoli knocked Inter down from a seven-game winning streak on Saturday, beating them 3-1 at the Maradona Stadium.

Interestingly, it was Inter’s third competitive away game on the trot after victories at Royale Union SG and Roma.

Despite faring impressively on the road this season, Inter feel far more comfortable at San Siro, where they’ve won their last three matches.

Furthermore, Cristian Chivu boasts a near-flawless home record in charge of the club.

Indeed, he has won four of his five home matches this season, except for a 2-1 defeat to Udinese in September.

Therefore, Inter will look forward to playing four of their next five fixtures at Meazza.

After Fiorentina’s visit on Wednesday night, the Nerazzurri will host Kairat Almaty, Lazio, and AC Milan.

Meanwhile, their only away clash in that sequence pits them against Hellas Verona on Sunday.
