Marcus Thuram is set to make his full Serie A comeback for Inter Milan this weekend, with Cristian Chivu preparing to restore the “ThuLa” partnership alongside Lautaro Martinez in Sunday night’s clash against Lazio at San Siro.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the French forward has fully recovered from the muscle injury to his femoral biceps.
The injury sidelined him for over a month.
Thuram featured for the final twenty minutes in the midweek Champions League win over Kairat Almaty.
Furthermore, he has shown in training that he is now ready to start again.
Thuram Stays With Inter Milan As Chivu Prepares For Lazio Clash

The 28-year-old will spend the upcoming international break training at Appiano Gentile, as he was not called up by Didier Deschamps for France.
This, therefore, gives Inter further confidence to reintroduce him safely into the starting XI.
Chivu rested Lautaro Martinez for 45 minutes on Wednesday after his first-half goal.
This points towards the coach’s plan to reunite his two key strikers from kick-off on Sunday.
The ThuLa duo, which had been one of Serie A’s most productive attacking pairings prior to Thuram’s injury.
It could therefore be restored just in time for the crucial pre-break fixture against Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio.
