Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu is reportedly keeping Hellas Verona forward Giovane in high regard.
According to Brazilian outlet UOL via FCInterNews, Inter’s interest in the 21-year-old starlet is genuine.
Only a few months into his Bentegodi career, Giovane has become one of the most sought-after players in Serie A.
Indeed, AC Milan, Atalanta, and Roma are all willing to challenge Inter for his signature.
Furthermore, a January transfer tug-of-war could be on the cards.
Inter Milan Boss Cristian Chivu Impressed by Hellas Verona Ace Giovane

Giovane scored his first-ever Serie A goal against none other than Inter.
However, it was a consolation strike as the Nerazzurri claimed a last-gasp 2-1 win at the Bentegodi.
Still, it was enough to catch Chivu’s attention, with the 45-year-old seriously considering a swoop for the young forward.
Indeed, the former Corinthians star boasts similar characteristics to Atalanta talisman Ademola Lookman.
Despite going to great lengths, Inter failed to sign the Nigerian in the summer.
Now, they could try to purchase Giovane, whose price tag is significantly lower than Lookman’s.
