Inter Milan could reportedly be without star wingback Denzel Dumfries until mid-December due to an ankle injury.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Dutchman is at risk of missing Inter’s clash against Liverpool next month.
Denzel Dumfries suffered an ankle injury during Inter’s 2-0 win over Lazio on the eve of the November international break.
Therefore, he spent the break at Appiano Gentile, working on his recovery.
However, the 29-year-old may not return to action before mid-December.
Denzel Dumfries at Risk of Missing Inter Milan vs Liverpool Clash

Cristian Chivu will not have Dumfries at his disposal for tomorrow’s match against Atletico Madrid.
Furthermore, the former PSV Eindhoven ace could also miss the club’s next game in the Champions League.
Indeed, Dumfries may only recover for Inter’s Serie A road trip to Genoa on December 14.
Otherwise, he should be ready for the upcoming Supercoppa Italiana mini-tournament in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, Henrikh Mkhitaryan is on the verge of full recovery.
Though the Armenian veteran will not feature against Atletico, Chivu expects to have him back in training on Thursday.
