Inter Milan could reportedly lodge a winter offer for Genoa star Morten Frendrup if Davide Frattesi asks to leave the club.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Danish midfielder remains firmly on the Nerazzurri’s shortlist.

Despite vowing to reignite Frattesi’s career at San Siro upon his arrival in June, Cristian Chivu has nailed the Italian to the bench.

Indeed, the 26-year-old has made only one Serie A start this season, totaling just 198 minutes of league action.

Therefore, Davide Frattesi could request a transfer in January.

However, that could change next month, with Frattesi’s future at the club now hanging by a thread.

Though Frendrup would be a decent coup for the Nerazzurri, the 20-time Italian champions have another dream.
