Turkish giants Fenerbahce have reportedly entered the race for out-of-favor Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi.

According to Goal via FCInterNews, the Super Lig heavyweights are ready to challenge Napoli and Juventus for the Italian’s services.

Davide Frattesi could leave San Siro next month after tumbling down the pecking order under new management.

Indeed, Cristian Chivu has nailed the 26-year-old to the bench, handing him just one Serie A start this season.

Eager to feature for Italy in next summer’s FIFA World Cup, Frattesi could request a transfer in January.

Frattesi has grown frustrated with his limited first-team opportunities at Giuseppe Meazza and could depart the club next month.

Despite his relatively sparse playing time at Inter, the former Sassuolo ace has generated plenty of interest.

Indeed, Juventus and Napoli have joined long-term admirers Roma in hot pursuit of the box-to-box midfielder.

Meanwhile, Inter might be willing to listen to offers for their castaway, though they’re unlikely to sell him for less than €35 million.
