Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla has delivered his verdict on the impressive return to form from Inter Milan star Piotr Zielinski.
According to Pedulla via FCInter1908, the 31-year-old’s renaissance has convinced the club to give him a second chance.
Piotr Zielinski was merely a shadow of his former self during his first season at San Siro.
Indeed, the skilled midfielder struggled to find his rhythm under Simone Inzaghi last term.
However, he has blossomed under Cristian Chivu, transforming into one of Inter’s standout performers in 2025/26.
Inter Milan Remove Piotr Zielinski from the Market

Zielinski’s dreadful 2024/25 campaign raised questions about his long-term future at Giuseppe Meazza.
Furthermore, Inter had reportedly considered offloading him to the highest bidder in the summer.
Yet, Zielinski has turned his fortunes around this season, becoming vital to Chivu’s tactical setup.
Despite drawing inquiries from several clubs, the former Napoli midfielder will not leave Inter anytime soon.
Indeed, Chivu has deemed his versatile star non-transferable.
Meanwhile, Zielinski is likely to make another Serie A start when Inter take on Bologna next weekend.
