Turkish heavyweights Fenerbahce have reportedly joined Juventus in the race to sign out-of-sorts Inter Milan star Davide Frattesi.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Canaries are ready to rival the Turin powerhouse for the midfielder’s signature.

Davide Frattesi looks destined to wave goodbye to San Siro next month after tumbling down the pecking order this season.

Indeed, the 26-year-old has become a fringe player in Cristian Chivu’s system and is no longer willing to tolerate his bit-part status.

With that in mind, a January exit is well on the cards.

Despite Frattesi’s rough patch in Milan, Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti is ready to give the former Sassuolo ace the benefit of the doubt.

Therefore, Spalletti has identified the Italian midfielder as one of his top priorities ahead of the January transfer window.

However, Juventus have already made it clear that they have no interest in matching Inter’s €30 million asking price.

As such, Fenerbahce are now looking to hijack Spalletti’s move for the Nerazzurri outcast.
