Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu will face his former club, Parma, later today as he returns to Stadio Ennio Tardini as an opponent.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the 45-year-old will meet numerous familiar faces in Emilia-Romagna.

Cristian Chivu made his touchline debut in senior management at Parma last season.

Indeed, he helped the Crusaders secure Serie A survival, defying his lack of experience.

Despite overseeing just 13 top-flight games, Chivu received Inter’s call in the summer, and he couldn’t resist.

Although it will be an emotional reunion, Chivu must put his feelings aside as Inter seek their sixth consecutive league win.
