Inter Milan stretched their winning streak in Serie A to six matches with a 2-0 away victory over Parma last night.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri dominated the game but couldn’t land a knockout blow early.

Cristian Chivu had to wait until the 42nd minute to see his side open the scoring after an array of missed chances.

Indeed, the visitors hit the woodwork twice at the Ennio Tardini before finding a much-needed breakthrough through Federico Dimarco.

Croatian midfielder Petar Sucic wasted a glorious opportunity to make it 2-0 midway through the second half.

Therefore, the Nerazzurri faithful had to worry about a nervy finale, with Inter failing to put the game to bed until stoppage time.

French superstar Marcus Thuram scored off the bench to double Inter’s lead with the last kick of the game.

However, it was a stressful affair for the Nerazzurri, who only scored twice despite making 26 attempts on goal.
