Torino president Urbano Cairo has spoken about Inter loanee Kristjan Asllani, with the midfielder’s future still uncertain amid growing transfer interest.
According to Telelombardia, Cairo addressed speculation surrounding Asllani’s situation but avoided committing himself either way.
In recent days, the Albanian midfielder has been linked with a possible early end to his loan spell from Inter, with Girona and Paris FC both reported to be monitoring developments.
Cairo offered a balanced assessment of Asllani’s performances so far. “He’s had some good matches and others less good, like the whole Torino team,” the Granata president said.

Despite that, he made clear his appreciation for the player’s technical qualities.
“He has incredible quality. He uses both his right and left foot very well, so much so that you don’t even know which is his stronger foot.”
The Torino president then left the door open to possible movement before the window closes. “Then we’ll see what the January market brings,” Cairo added.
“It always holds surprises.”
Torino are currently playing a marginal role in any potential decision, with interest coming primarily from abroad.
Inter are therefore watching the situation closely as the final days of the transfer window approach.
