Inter Milan have explored a potential swap deal involving Davide Frattesi and Dan Ndoye after interest emerged from Nottingham Forest in the Italian midfielder.
According to RAI Sport, via FCInterNews, Forest approached Inter to discuss a possible move for Frattesi, who continues to attract attention due to his limited role in the current setup.
In response, Inter attempted to reshape the discussion by proposing an exchange involving Ndoye, the Switzerland international who previously impressed in Serie A with Bologna.
Inter Ask Forest For Ndoye In Frattesi Deal

Ndoye remains a long-standing target for Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio, who has admired the winger since last summer’s European Championship in Germany.
The Nerazzurri value his versatility, intensity and ability to operate across the front line, qualities they believe would fit well within Cristian Chivu’s system.
However, Nottingham Forest did not open the door to the proposal.
The Premier League club showed no willingness to consider a swap formula, preferring instead to focus on a more traditional negotiation for Frattesi.
As a result, the situation has stalled for now.
With no agreement in sight, talks between the two clubs have effectively been frozen.
Inter continue to assess options for Frattesi’s future, while Forest remain interested but unwilling to proceed under Inter’s conditions.
For the moment, the Milan–Nottingham axis remains inactive, though the situation could reopen should circumstances change later in the window.
