Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu has decided to start Francesco Pio Esposito and Petar Sucic against Pisa as the Nerazzurri continue their demanding schedule in Matchday 22 of the Serie A season.
The official lineups for tonight’s Serie A clash, which kicks off at San Siro on Friday evening at 20:45 CET, have been announced.
Inter return to action only days after their intense Champions League outing against Arsenal.

Heavy legs remain a concern, especially with the match brought forward due to San Siro hosting the Winter Olympics.
Therefore, Chivu faces another delicate balancing act as he looks to manage fatigue while protecting Inter’s position at the top of the table.
Inter Milan vs Pisa – Pio Esposito Confirmed In Attack

Chivu has once again shown faith in Francesco Pio Esposito.
The young striker comes into the match in strong condition and is ready to lead the line again after his recent performances.
As a result, Esposito starts alongside Lautaro Martinez.
Esposito wins the internal battle with Ange-Yoan Bonny for a place in attack.
The partnership has already paid dividends so far this season, and Chivu hopes for a similar impact tonight.
Inter Milan vs Pisa – Rotation In Defence & Midfield

As expected, Yann Bisseck returns to the starting XI after missing out against Arsenal.
He lines up in a back three alongside Stefan De Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni.
However, energy levels remain under close review. While Lautaro Martinez and Alessandro Bastoni both start, Chivu has alternatives ready if needed.
Federico Dimarco, Marcus Thuram and Ange-Yoan Bonny provide fresh options from the bench.
In midfield, Henrikh Mkhitaryan comes back into the lineup to add control and experience. He joins Piotr Zielinski and Petar Sucic.
The Poland star most likely takes responsibility in the deep-lying playmaker role due to Hakan Calhanoglu’s injury absence. Nicolo Barella is rested.
Meanwhile, Luis Henrique and Carlos Augusto operate on the flanks, offering width and support in both phases. No surprise in goal, Yann Sommer starts.

It’s a nice win and glad we scored a lot but let’s show
The same spirit against big teams and top teams. Good win happy for it and for Chivu
Ye ye.. Let’s see if we will go far.. Just not feeling optimistic about this team.
Why do we always have to concede. It’s making me boil everytime. Mistakes from either a defender, midfielder or gk. Why just why..
I only watched highlights because I was at work. Pazza inter always p*ssing me off.
Good game. Even the score is 6-2, we still might score more. That is dominance! Great mentality reset after 0-2!! This is the INTER!!!
it’s cold at the top, forza inter
FACTS Augusto was more effective than Henrique for the entire matches he has played this year. It’s clear he’s a waste in that position Augusto produced 2 crazy shots but for Henrique he’s just too NEGATIVE and would be found way outside the box wishing the ball doesn’t reach him. Inter need someone who can score and cross and if that’s Perisic who can play both sides then so be it
couldnt agree more
Where is the praise for Chivu?! Some of us on here tear into him when we lose but we praise everyone else but him when we win. Why is that? Forza Inter!!! FORZA CHIVU!!!! A masterclass of a coach in the making.
100% agree.. chivu with no experience is making us play better.. imagine what happens if he stays at the club for 3-4,yrs!! even the games we lost, the game plan was there, our prima Donna front men forgot where the goal was! we were creating chance after chance and then fluffing it! that’s not chivus fault.
Takes balls to sub at33 mins.
Forza Inter
Bravo Chris
statement win! apart from the silly yellow for toro, the ref was spot on! nice seeing a ref who has the intelligence to let the game play and not fall for silly dives. but di marco! what a player.. best game of the season for him.
if it was not obvious already, Miki and sommer need to retire to the bench!
Beautiful performance and great spirit. Now rest well and let this fire bring us a win in Dortmund.
A good victory. I hope Chivu keeps Pio Esposito as a starter, and doesn’t bring out L. Henrique on the right again. That he continues with C. Augusto.
I’m going to rewatch this game about 2-3 times until we play Dortmund lol. What an absolute masterclass from the players and coach!
Me too. 🙂 on Inter TV. 🙂
Once again we are good vs weak teams
Vat tha flock…forza inter muchachos
Time for bed…long day here
Wow, 6:2. Honestly I gave up after 2:0 Pisa goal. I hoped only for draw. I thought Inter is too tired after Arsenal match. Awesome win. Inter scored 6 goals. Dimarco 5 goals and 8 (or 9) assists.
Nah bruh…this …is …INTER …muaaahhhabahah
Yes, Niko. 🙂
Lots of love brotha…
Forza Inter
We did it
mkhi got his goal. What a comeback
Well i dont see why we shouldnt cash in on Thuram this summer, we need some good defenders like at least 2 and they dont come cheep these days.. could be good decision
I think the management will sell him.
Nobody wanted to buy him
We need speedy wingers who can take their man one on one, no more defenders unless it’s for the right side.
OMG Mikhi scored. Lol
Finaly miki lol sheesh
It had to be from 1m distance of goal-line, otherwise that would end up far from goal 😀
1m? that ball was on the goal line.. lol
