Cristian Chivu has defied every expectation in the early stages of his tenure, inspiring Inter to an impressive 52 points in the first 22 league matches.
In doing so, the former Parma coach has solidified Inter’s status as the leading title contenders.
Furthermore, Chivu has amassed more points at this stage of the season than Antonio Conte in both seasons in charge of the Nerazzurri.
In addition, Inzaghi eclipsed Chivu’s current tally in just one of his four years at Giuseppe Meazza.
Needless to say, it was in the title-winning 2023/24 campaign.
