PSV Eindhoven are desperate to fend off Inter Milan’s interest in veteran winger Ivan Perisic.
According to Dutch outlet Eindhovens Dagblad via FCInter1908, the Peasants will do everything to prevent the transfer.
Inter have set their sights on Ivan Perisic as they seek a short-term replacement for Denzel Dumfries.
Indeed, the Nerazzurri are reportedly set to launch a concrete bid for Atalanta starlet Marco Palestra at the end of the season.
However, they need someone to replace Dumfries immediately after Cristian Chivu deemed Luis Henrique surplus to requirements.
PSV Eindhoven Unwilling to Let Ivan Perisic Join Inter Milan

Perisic has established himself as a standout performer in Peter Bosz’s system this season.
Furthermore, the Dutch giants will face Bayern Munich in a make-or-break UEFA Champions League clash on Wednesday.
With their qualification hopes on the line, PSV won’t discuss any transfer before learning their European fate.
Still, even if they fail to make it out of the league phase, the Peasants will try to keep hold of Perisic.
Therefore, they will only sanction his departure for a ‘high’ offer.

Perisic is world class but remember how bad he was on his first season with us, just saying.
he comaback as different beast after ucl win with Bayern, still kicking as* until today and will do it with at inter this season
For sure. He is an utmost professional and I am looking forward to his arrival.
Straight swap for players for 6 month loans.
We get Perisic, and L. Henrique goes to PSV so he can get his confidence back by playing in a more offensive rile
Good idea. Actually why they didn’t thik about this til now?
I’m not sure why PSV would agree to that, though. They’d be giving up an in-form, mature player who knows their team for a young, low-confidence player who will take 6 months to settle in.
I agree with your point, but as things stand right now PSV will bow out of CL because their last fixture is against Bayern, and in Eredivisie they are up 16 points so title is practically secured.
In that terms, Perisic isn’t needed as much. Ivan is a born champion, and no surprise that he wants to use his final years to try and achieve something on a big scene (with due respect to dutch league)
