Serie A giants Inter Milan are reportedly considering a low-profile signing of Modena midfielder Yanis Massolin.
According to Sportitalia via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri could strengthen their midfield options in the transfer window finale.
Beppe Marotta was keen to reinforce Inter’s midfield last summer.
However, Roma declined Inter’s effort to sign Manu Kone, who emerged as the club’s top target at the time.
Meanwhile, Atalanta’s staggering asking price for Ederson blew the Nerazzurri out of the water.
Inter Milan Take Interest in Modena Midfielder Yanis Massolin

After failing to land Kone and Ederson, Inter decided to splash out €25 million on Andy Diouf’s arrival from Lens.
Unfortunately, the French star has struggled to adapt to life at San Siro, leaving Cristian Chivu short of options in the middle of the park.
Therefore, the Nerazzurri could add another midfielder by the end of January.
Modena’s Yanis Massolin has reportedly caught Marotta’s eye after a decent first half of the season in Serie B.
Indeed, the 23-year-old has amassed one goal and two assists across 13 league appearances.

Maybe he entered a little bit of below average performances, but even like that, he’s one of the best midfielders in the league. He was never prone to injuries, in his prime, in earlier seasons for every subpar game he played, he had 7-8 superb games and 15 games of standard regular showing. If anyone deserves some slack of our guys it’s him.
Wrong news 😀
As for this player never seen him play, but our management is kinda contradictory. Stankovic is young, still needs to develop, and he’s already one of the best players in Belgium and had solid showing in CL. But this guy who is older, playing in Seria B, and from seeing statistics and ratings doesn’t seem that good is right player to reinforce us?
Inter will lose out to juve and Napoli on this player, both teams will now be interested in the player and will quickly pay while inter takes forever to close a simple deal.
