Inter Milan attempts to sign Ivan Perisic and Moussa Diaby have stalled, leaving the club’s January plans in limbo.

The Nerazzurri continue to search for reinforcements on the right flank, but progress depends on external decisions rather than internal will.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Cristian Chivu still wants at least one addition in that role.

The emergency on the right has dragged on since November, and the coaching staff feel the lack of depth.

Inter Milan Talks For Perisic & Diaby Stall

Talks for Perisic have not moved forward.

A recent summit failed to produce a breakthrough, as PSV still intend to keep the Croatian despite their Champions League exit.

The Dutch club are not focusing on financial compensation.

Inter have shown they are ready to offer a reasonable fee, but PSV have not shifted position.

Perisic now waits and hopes for a late opening.

The situation with Diaby looks just as complicated.

The French winger played 88 minutes in Al-Ittihad’s latest match, which suggests a transfer is not imminent.

While Diaby has accepted the idea of a move, the Saudi ownership has not. The PIF fund has yet to approve the loan with an option to buy.

Brooke Norton-Cuffy remains an alternative, though more for the summer, especially if Dumfries leaves. For now, Inter must wait and hope that circumstances change before the window closes.
