Inter Milan’s long-standing admiration for Nico Paz looks set to remain just that, admiration, as Real Madrid close in on activating their buy-back clause for the Como man.
Despite strong internal appreciation for the Argentine talent, including multiple approaches and personal interest from club vice-president Javier Zanetti, the Nerazzurri now appear to have little room to manoeuvre, as per L’Interista.
Real Madrid, who inserted a buyback clause when Paz moved to Como, are expected to bring the youngster back to Spain.
Inter Set To Miss Out On Nico Paz As Como Starlet Set To Return To Real Madrid

The Spanish giants reportedly have no intention of selling him on immediately, regardless of outside interest.
That effectively closes the door on any immediate Inter move and forces the club to redirect their summer plans.
Paz had emerged as one of the most intriguing profiles on the Nerazzurri’s radar thanks to his technical quality, vision and potential to grow into a creative force in midfield.
However, the contractual situation leaves the decision firmly in Real Madrid’s hands.
This does not mean Inter will stand still in the market. The club continue to explore other options for a significant attacking or creative addition, and several alternative targets remain under consideration.
For now, though, Paz’s path appears set: from Como back to Madrid, with Inter left to watch from afar and adjust their strategy accordingly.

I’m giving two bags of fine potatoes and the old hog.
At this point the news just wanna repeat and repeat. Then go back, change the side and do few articles like that. Erase and rewind, then start again.
We can give real thuram and settle this. If we really need to get into it. Its best not to. Seen so many “boy wonders” fade really fast.
just because real activates the buy back doesn’t mean they won’t then just resell immediately for an easy profit.
they could immediately buy him back for $25 million and then resell him to inter for $45 million (I don’t know his buyback amount)
the would give real an easy no effort 20 million profit.
if real don’t buy him back they get $0 profit.
if real put him on their bench he will hardly play minute with their squad and egos.
they can buy him for 9mlns!
This is how you do buyback clauses not Ausilio way €23M for Stankovic.
Anyway they will not sell him for anything less than €65-70M once PL clubs stats circling around.
