According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the midfield duo has just returned to training.

Despite their absence in recent matches, Cristian Chivu’s men have gone from strength to strength.

Indeed, Sunday’s 5-0 rout of Sassuolo marked Inter’s fifth consecutive win in Serie A, moving them eight points clear of second-placed AC Milan.

However, Juventus are likely to put Inter’s title credentials to the test this weekend.

Nicolo Barella has been on the sidelines since late January due to a muscle injury, skipping Inter’s last two league fixtures.

Meanwhile, Hakan Calhanoglu has been in the pits since the beginning of the calendar year.

Indeed, the Turkish playmaker suffered a nasty calf problem during Inter’s 2-2 home draw against Napoli in early December.
