He had a solid game. Idk if we watch the game with different interpretations but Luis hardly misplaces his passes and always finds a solution to build play. His crossing needs work (a lot) but he is solid with his passing, composure and overall game intelligence.
The biggest part is missing which is crossing or attacking the box. His crossing and decision making inside opposition box seems to be so bad that it it can’t be trained I don’t think. There’s a reason why any other player who played in his position this season looks good. If Dimarco have a bad game then Inter suffers like the second leg Bodo match. Also numbers don’t lie for his position he should have way better stats and when Dumfries is fit he will take over his position. The mistake will be if Chivu somehow thinks Henrique will be a good option going into next season because he’s not 100%. Playing safe passes all match long doesn’t take away the fact he’s too scared to even deliver a simple cross inside the box and goes backwards putting the team at risk of losing the ball.
