Serie A pacesetters Inter Milan are reportedly gearing up for a busy summer, with Beppe Marotta looking to strengthen Cristian Chivu’s squad.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri could sign four new players in the upcoming transfer window.
Despite being one step away from winning another Serie A title, Inter’s shortcomings have come to the fore in the Champions League.
Indeed, Cristian Chivu failed to guide his side past Bodo/Glimt in the knockout playoff round, shattering fans’ dreams of a historic treble.
Therefore, Marotta is desperate to lift the quality of the squad in the summer.

With Yann Sommer set to leave the club on a free transfer, Inter have set their sights on Tottenham Hotspur star Guglielmo Vicario.

The first two will be much better the second year. Davide is demoralized sadly. I hate to see him go, but he seems gone. We’ll see if he get convinced by the 3-4-3(3-4-2-1) of next season. His only strenght is as a shadow striker. Sadly. He gave us all such beautiful memories. The verona games this and last year. The udine last year. The 4-3 in spain. I hope we can make it happen somehow. If he gets convinced by the project – he’ll stay. If he leaves – thats also fair. Susic will be a building block for us. Diouf is a wild card. Might click better when not bothered to defend. Dont they all. Very excited to see what happens next
Diouf is nowhere near good enough mate, Henrique the same – jury’s out on Bonny – sucic looks one game like he could be class then the next like he’s not, so we definitely need to give him time.
We will, should, surely move on from Mikhi – so I can actually see frattesi staying as they will have one less guy to compete with and we won’t be spending big money on anyone actually any better.
Also isn’t chivu meant to want to play with a cam and frattesi is about the only actual option in that role, even though he’s been played out of position for 3 years
I’m the biggest supporter of Frattesi but he should leave for everyone sakes. Chivu seems to use him as someone who just runs inside the box and hope for the best and trusted enough like Susic and Mikhi. It’s clear now he has no future under Chivu and I don’t see him getting enough minutes in the remaining matches to make any meaningful impact.
And none of these is in line with the owners strategy. But nice try.
The strategy is clear: if its older player – a no no unless its free
If its young – it better have a room to grow and increase value. Kone is already expensive. So palestra on some kind of performance package and dragusin on discount. Add two older free transfers and promote two from u23. Sell davide and marcus and get a dribbler and bring back alex from belgium. Goalie – a pickle. If la dea somehow give in on palestra formula it would be impossible to budge them for carnesecci too. So i dunno now
Palestra is certainly worth much more than Oaktree is willing to pay.
I know. But i hope we can do 25 and 15 on performance. 8 easily achieved. We might convince la dea with pretty much secured 33 and 7 if we become champs and he make certain numbers.
And 25+8 for a player that just turn 21 might convince the owners.
I really hope we get him. Can play both wings, good with both feet, good back and forward and posseses the grinta. Missed 8 games in 2 years (7 with harmstring last year and 4 days with fatigue this year) so not easy to brake. Spend a year in the academy before moving to bergamo for 9 years. And actual value is 25. So a formula reaching potential easy 33 up to 40 could work. The extra 7 could be on national team starts and champion league starts plus assists in the calcio.
The easy 8 being for inter champion and playing over 28 games (19 as a starter. Thats half the season). Adding at least 5 assists and featuring in 40 games througout the year(starter and sub…this covers injuries).
And we’re talking 187…and 80 kg. Thats basically denzel.
Please beppe..make it happen. All i want for transfers is this kid and the stankovic brothers back. I dont care if we fill the rest with youngsters and free transfers.

Luis is bad at defending. Sad to say it. But we must be very strong if we have this possition in the league playing him most games, with niko being out of shape, hakan being out, denzel out, marcus not existing, the coach not being tackticaly flexible or experienced. We mush be deum good. Forza Inter brothers.
Henrique is bad at the basic necessity needed for a player in his position. There’s no suger coating it and if it wasn’t for Dimarco stepping up Inter would be in very different position. Chivu has made and continue to make a big mistake playing someone who puts the team at risk when he plays other players at least they offer some impact. Even Carlos did perform slightly better than Henrique when Chivu was having second thoughts about Henrique. It turns out he was absolutely right to try to find someone else other than him when Dumfries was injured but it now 100% clear Henrique is utter trash in both phases. In fact the numbers suggests Carlos with less minutes in his position did better same with Diouf and Kamate since Henrique can’t cross and can’t defend. But Chivu being so delusional he kept playing him but now Dumfries is back it’ll just be absolutely madness to even use the guy as a sub
