Cristian Chivu has called up Inter Milan Under-23 duo Yvan Maye and Matteo Spinacce to the senior squad for Sunday’s Serie A trip to Fiorentina, with the absences of Alessandro Bastoni and Lautaro Martinez creating space for two of the club’s most promising youngsters.

For Maye, a centre-back, this is not his first senior call-up.
