Tensions have been mounting around Alessandro Bastoni at Inter Milan, with the club’s defensive mainstay now reportedly considering a move away.

Inter are offically in crisis mode in defence. after the Bisseck blow and I don’t think anyone in their right mind will start Bastoni in the match. While Inter ignored signing aa defender in January now all hope will be placed in Acerbi. It’s not looking good for Inter right now hopefully Napoli/Milan drop points

And that’s a problem… Sommer has been god awful this season and he’s still playing. Thuram has been god awful this season but he still starts. Luis Henrique was also god awful this season and started multiple games in a row when we had a great u23 player on the bench. The only player that we haven’t “abandoned” that was in a rough patch and recovered was Dimarco. I would love to be in la la land like u and constantly defend the team even though they play horrid, but be a realist. He’s going… we need money and we have augusto to take his spot.
And yet…we’re top of the table. I guess the other teams got it right. The whole circus started with the cry of the rubentina. Funny how they cant win when there is a video ref. Maybe they should get our refs. They straight up ignore the facts and the video. But naaah…they get whatever refs they need.
Back to the topic though. The goalie made very few mistakes..it looks worse cause we only allow that many chances. Ultra atacking. Takes time. Luis comes from a different league. And he is an atacking winger. So he is doing what he can while denzel was out. Marcus should leave. No one appreciate the lazy attitude.
Bisseck is not a reliable defender but better than Acerbi overall. For Bastoni in all honesty Chivu must do everything to protect him because yes he made a mistake but it wasn’t all on him that Italy were in that position to start with. He will leave Inter but he has contributed a lot positively and the campaign to publicly shame him from diving is now starting to show wasn’t in the interest of Italy. He might feature for a few minutes in the Roma match but overall if he ends up staying and actually recover from this I think he will be an even stronger player mentally than he was before. Inter fans should be the first one to accept he made a mistake and support him because if Inter are not careful the scudetto might slip away which is exactly what everyone wants and use Inter as an example of the Italian football decline despite doing well recently and the only team thats actively changing for the better. Napoli, Milan all have short term players who can’t compete in anything other than serie a. The sooner Inter come out and show support for Bastoni the better especially the coach. Forza Inter

Now winning the scudetto would mean a lot to players like Barella, Bastoni and Dimarco. I hope they use it as a drive.. The final matches will be won and lost mentally first. Lautaro will definitely lead the way. Also Inter should make it clear they won’t take any nonesense with refs and var otherwise they’ll do whatever it takes to hurt Inter.
He has been god awful recently so i could care less. Appreciate the time he has been here with us but costing us a world cup sealed his fate honestly. Past 2 years constant mistakes in his own half that lead to the teams loss whether it’s italy or inter and there is no defending that. Hopefully with his departure we go into a four back.

If people understood some football they could see mancini was out of possition and politano was nowhere to be found. So sandro was playing for 3…then they can play with a man down. Lazy. Rino was close…he didnt say anything to mancini…changed politano though. So he knew he is a weak coach. Pushing calafiori all the time is what wrecks this team
Yeah…sure. Italy was playing great football, the team was so damn good, the manager is great, everything is great, that is way they couldn’t score the penalties.
Maybe also Bastoni is to blame for Italy failing to qualify for three consecutive World Cup tournaments.

Gattuso is a horrid coach and whether we made it to the world cup or not we would’ve got grouped. But his red card was a deciding factor on the game whether u liked it or not.
