Inter need someone who can run at the Como defence because Pio isn’t going to do that. So far he can’t hold up play and can’t win fouls so any ball forward to him is giving possession away to Como who more than happy to start the attack from their keeper. Bony hopefully comes on with the sole purpose of running behind them. Inter have Zielinski-Hakan-Barella all are more than capable in making a killer pass in behind. Dimarco received a few but he did badly in all of them. Playing the same strategy with Pio means Inter will lose the match 100%
This is not a good match-up for Pio. He is most dangerous with lots of crosses coming in. Not something that is going to happen against a team like Como who play possession game
