The first priority is to reinforce the defence, then the rest of the team. This is how Corriere dello Sport interprets Inter’s moves so far during the mercato.
Everybody loves Davinson Sanchez from Ajax, but the pricetag of 40 million of euros is a bit steep. Almost impossible to get Gimenez from Atletico Madrid while Tolouse has said no to letting Issa Diop leave. More concrete leads are Andreas Christensen from Chelsea, Dalbert from Nice, Funes Mori from Everton.
When it comes to the midfield and the attack, the newly appointed Inter coach expexts some big moves and the names so far are: Rabiot, N’Zonzi, Krychowiak, Goretzka, Di Maria, Ramsey, Berardi and Lamela (where Sabatini has some influence).

Hardly exciting names for the defense and attack.
I’d be fine with any of Rabiot, N’Zonzi or Krychowiak though, as this team clearly needs a midfielder who knows how to defend, something none of the current midfielders have a clue how to do.
i also like naby keita a lot. how is your view on him? although not experienced enough (by age) he had a great season in bundesliga with 8 goals, 7 assists and avg rating of 7.6 (who scored).
Boring. I know that we are working in silent without a hassle, moreover Spalleti might still assessing the team. But I expect at least we will have one or two star players before the ICC. Therefore we can see them in action and it will increase the hype among the fans to watch the games too.
Again bla bla bla… The way I see it, Milan’s acquisition took time and people were saying they’re broke, maybe but so far the fact is they started the mercato with their money ready. Next on the list Biglia (he would do wonder to our mid right now) and Aubameyang is back on the radar.
On the other hand, I think our money is not yet available, as hinted by Spaletti, and all we do is talk and everyday get linked with new players but in the end no formal offers are made.
I mean, even the outgoing transfers are taking too damn time. We wasted enough time waiting for Conte like dumbasses, now plz stop acting like we don’t have a clear plan and we’re just here looking for the best bargains at the end of august.. Isn’t it what we’re doing every year anyway ?
I might sound harsh and too in hurry but I’m finding comfort knowing that our new coach seems to share my frustration, and wants his reinforcements now.
We’re signing 16 and 17 year-olds. We’re the best in business in about 5 yeas once we have sold them lol. Suning will put their money where their mouth is, but I’m guessing their targets are hard to acquire and take time. The winter is coming…
A lot of their targets are impossible to acquire without 12-15M salaries considering our current attractiveness. Gonna have to be very patient then…
The winter IS coming, for fuck sake! lol.
it’s ok you’re worry, we’re all worry but there’s facts, milan spent a loan money of 300 mln, if they fail to raise their revenue by significant increase this coming season, they will be in huge troubles and that’s a big risk, while inter have the money as no doubt about that unless you didn’t hear how sunning splash over 35 mln this past tow weeks in a group of young prospects, now imagine if sunning willing to pay this big money for the future, how much could they afford to spend in the first team. regarding top names, as i already mentioned here before, we compete for players every top team want them, so this will takes time not like merda whom they bought players no other big team in urope wanted them
I understand we are aiming for bigger targets than Milan and it will take time. Actually, I’m not really frustrated about not having bought a star yet. But I’m confused as to why we haven’t closed any of our other much affordable and easier targets. Dalbert, Aurier, Manolas, Rudiger, Darmian etc.. These names are all 35M or less, and as you informed me we spent that on kids already, despite having the best academy in Italy already while our first team has been shit for way too long. Sounds like we need to get our priorities straight.
I think I’ll not be satisfied until all our deadwoods are gone or that I’m certain they won’t get any playing time at all lol
maybe those names you mentioned aren’t favored by spalletti and we should listen to our coach as this’s crucial for our success.
our deadwoods are deadwoods on a high salaries, so offloading them could takes time and gona be painful.
merda’s signings until now are average, but TBH, if they signed biglia and aubamyang, this will be worrying
Lamela is my dream
Wow this turning into a real shit cake! The names are really not sexy and it seems that Ausilio made a huge mistake( again) to let Rodriguez go to Milan and seeing his negotiations go up in smoke for Dalbert….get Naingolan and Berardi or James Rodriguez for the MF and Darmian, Vrsaljko from sassuolo or this Delbert… the reinforcements needs to get here before August if Spaletti is to get a fair shoot at this…. no use waiting until last transfer days and all goes to shit and we kick another manager… do we have any competent people at this team!?
