After the signings of Lisandro Lopez and Rafinha, Inter’s mercato train just keeps going.
In today’s paper edition of Corriere dello Sport every possible deal concerning Inter for the remaining days of the January transfer window is explained, even those were players are about to exit: “In the case of Ramires, his club Jiangsu Suning keeps making Sabatini’s life difficult and the option, Kovacic from Real Madrid, is not an optimal midfielder for a 4-2-3-1.”
According to the report “in order to sign another attacker, Eder must leave and he is being followed intensely by Premier League outfit Crystal Palace. However, Crystal Palace must, on their part, first sell Benteke in order to make an Eder deal happen. Should Eder leave, Inter will have a shot at signing Liverpool attacker Daniel Sturridge whilst a swap concerning Brozovic and Correa with Sevilla could still happen.”
In conclusion the Rome based newspaper states that “West Ham is showing a lot of interest for Joao Mario but is also follwoing Nasri, Cancelo will remain at Inter until June, something Spalletti revealed during yesterday’s press conference.”
I wish that the Brozovic –> Correa swap would come reality. After that, I think that we would be set for this transfer window. I don’t really see us needing Sturridge.
I’d like that too. But if I have to choose… I’d like to see someone who can stand in front of our defense and chase everything… Because Gaglia is obviously not that good right now.
Im curious, who would you bring in to fill that role?
Felipe Melo
Laugh of the day, thx mate 😀
best comment of the day.
Man, u made my day!
That’s not what we need right now, we’d be wasting money to solve a non issue. We’ve only given up 15goals which is tied for 3rd best in the league. The rest of the league is giving up +10 more goals…We need someone who can score, it’s pretty obvious. We’ve only scored 35goals which is really bad for a team who’s top 5.
Joaquin Correa could be the answer to our attacking difficulties. And it would bring more competition for the starting spots. I mean Perisic actually has now a guaranteed starter position, even if he doesn’t perform.
+ We would get rid of the ticking time bomb that Brozovic is.
I would def take on Correa… Besides Icardi, Perisic and Skriniar are like the only other players who can shoot/score. And Perisic can create chances for others, that’s why he needs to start every game. If we had others who could carry the load then he’d prob be benched at times.
we need someone who can create THE GAME and
goal scoring CHANCES !
Verdi is the answer
