In the midst of the joy after yesterdays victory against Juventus, it seems as if there could be more positive news on the way for Stramaccioni and Inter. According to Gianluca Di Marzio on Sky Sport, Paulinho’s agent Bernardo has recently arrived in Italy. Ever since the young brazilian, currently at Corinthians, turned down the offer from Inter this summer he has been a priority for Branca and Ausilio for the coming transfer window.
Now, however, it seems as if a move to Inter is getting closer. “In the coming hours, maybe tomorrow, a meeting with Inter is likely. We will see if they will close the deal for Paulinho,” says Di Marzio on Sky Sports tonight.
