Former Inter full-back Davide Santon is a real possibility for AC Milan, especially now when Luciano Spalletti and his Zenit are reported to have practically signed full-back Ignazio Abate, with Newcastle giving the transfer a green light only if the price is right. Inter have on the other hand no financial regrets given that the player didn’t cost the club anything since he is a product of the clubs youth system and was sold for just under 4 million €. Also a standard clause which guarantees Inter 10-15% of the transfer is also reported to have been included in the original contract between Inter and Newcastle.
