Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu helped develop youngsters Francesco Pio Esposito and Ange-Yoan Bonny – and is now ready to reap the rewards.
Before taking over as head coach at Inter this summer, Chivu was in charge at fellow Serie A side Parma.
It was there where the Romanian worked alongside French forward Bonny for the first time.
Under Chivu last season, Bonny impressed and scored six goals in 37 Serie A appearances.
As a reward for his performances, Chivu helped bring the Frenchman with him to Lombardy.
Before Bonny, Chivu Helped Develop Inter Starlet Pio Esposito

Before his job at Parma, Chivu worked in the Primavera set-up at Inter.
During his time helping manage the youth system for the Nerazzurri, the Corriere dello Sport reporting that Chivu helped to nurture the youngster.
Chivu can now reap the rewards from the work he put in with the duo.
This is especially true for Pio, who is considered the future of Inter.
The young Italian striker made his Champions League debut against Ajax on Wednesday.
Pio covered more distance than any other player on the pitch.
