Sport Mediaset report that the three are now seriously down to two.
Inter and Liverpool remain in the Shaqiri chase. Liverpool have money readied now, €14 million by many accounts. While Bayern would prefer immediate purchase, the player prefers Inter. After speaking with Ausilio, his family, and agent/brother Erdin, the player decidedly wants to join the Nerazzurri. The Milanese club’s offer is €3 million immediately for a loan, and €12 million to be paid starting in the summer, with payments over the next three years.

Author’s note: Another factor that could be importance is how close Milano, and especially Appiano Gentile is to his family home in Chiasso. His parents live just 50 km from Milano, and 15 km from Appiano Gentile. Man, I hope they’re good with words… I’m trusting Mancini’s Jedi Mind Tricks here…
What do you make of the race? Who do you think is in the lead?

i will be absolutely shocked if he goes liverpool
1. Bayern dont necessarily need the cash
2. its 15 mil compared to 14 mil from liverpool
3. He wants inter
4. his close to home
5. Bayerns director used to play for inter
6. His brother prefers inter. (smart man)
7. Inter is the greatest:))) simple
this ones in the bag!
He will join us! I am sure for that

Wow a very good insight from you Mahdi. But lets hope Inter have learned from cerci deal’s mistake.
Mehdi thanks for the useful info. I thinks that the closeness to his home will be very influential. Fingers crossed…
And it’s great that he will be able to communicate with a lot of our players as he is from Switzerland where they talk many languages even the Italian one, and he was born in Yugoslavia.
Im from Switzerland and man we dont learn all of our country – languages (fluently)
he speaks albanian, german, english and maybe a bit french aswell but i dont think he speaks italian the most people from the german side learn french as a foreign language in school.
Thanks for the reply, good information provided in your message. Anyhow we have people like Kovacic, Kuz & Podolski who are able to speak German, and some players and Mancini can communicate in English with Shaqiri.
I fell in love with Switzerland man! Your political corectness, your culture, your attention for details and quality! Had the chance to make a 10 days guided tour and I found it the most respectable country of them all so far! Where from CH are you more exactly? ^_^
I’m from the heart of Switzerland, Lucerne 🙂
