Inter CEO Michael Bolingbroke spoke to Premium Sport today, the first question was about the sponsor.
“Pirelli has always been our priority. I cannot tell you more, there will be news in the coming week.”
Another much talked about subject is the one about the stadium.
“The restyling of San Siro is still very important to me and Erick Thohir, and in the coming days when the president is in Italy we will meet all the parties involved, Milan and the Berlusconi family and discuss it. It is obviously a thing that we focus on, since we share the stadium with Milan everything has to be done in collaboration with them.”
And lastly a comment on the poor team results and about the president’s plans:
“Our plan has always been a long term one. It is a five year plan, should we reach the Champions League at the end of this season, which is our goal that would be fantastic. If it does not happen we will continue with the plans for the five years. You can’t change a long term plan just because a particular season did not go according to plan. It would not be a problem from a financial point of view. We would be disappointed because the goal is to play in the Champions League, but it would not be grave.”

relax guys, we will be in the UCL in the next five years. So no worries.
MEH!
I just wondering why big club like Inter doesn’t have back up plan..
Every project management uaually consist of short, medium, and long term then devide to short term a, b, or c and goes on as back up plan.. I am susprise the coach lack of reaction with the recent result..
I’ve been following Inter since late of 90s and i found this:
1. Inter always success if play with counter attack
2. Play with winger never fit with the philosophy of Inter, and if Inter play over wing the one who do the job war RB or LB.
3. Inter play way better with playmaker
4. Coach is the most problem in tradition of this club, we hardly found perfecr coach, and when they’re here, they aren’t last long
5. Inter always have good goal keeper
Let me try response to your statements, Masbro. ^_^
1. Yes, but the current coach is Mancini, and the players available don’t suit that style.
2. Again, the answer is in number 1.
3. Yet, they try to create “it” rather than buy, or develop it.
4. Inter need a coach with “Mourinho level” to be successfully success. 🙂
5. That’s the only one Inter have currently.
Well, I guest the point number 1 and 2 could be happen if we have Simeone, eh?

Inter a team lacking identity and direction under Mancini
Inter lacking direction under current boss

And of course, you run away from the disaster you caused there … my dear CEO, my dear genius !
no more long term
actually long term is always better than short term..
see Real Madrid (short term club) vs Barcelona (long term club)..
True…whatever happens, we already in love with the black & blue.
