After the loss at the Olimpico, Roberto Mancini made hi voice heard in the locker room and in front of the journalists. La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals;
“Mancini suspects that some players, more or less unconsciously gave up. For three reasons and motivations. Firstly: the third spot that was impossible to catch up to. Second: European Championship, Olympics and Copa America in summer. Third: The non confirmation about next year. All this led to what happened at the Olimpico.”
In other words a general drop that led to an insufficient display against Lazio. Thus according to La Gazzetta Mancini has some choices to make. “Mancio has set the framework with the big (Handa, Miranda, Murillo, Brozovic, Icardi and maybe Eder who has been forgotten lately), while in the middle there is a run-off. Roberto Mancini would build a statue for Medel, but he has offers from Russia and Argentina. It will depend on what the Chilean chooses, because as of now Felipe Melo could be the one that leaves Inter. Manic wants a midfielder that runs midfield, Biglia being the favorite and Medel could also be a handy back up.”
There are several players with uncertain futures, some with an obligation to buy others with an option to do so. La Gazzetta writes that the arrival of Caner Erkin on a free transfer from Fenerbahce means that Alex Telles will leave (him staying would cost 8,5 million). The same goes for Adem Ljajic seeing as Ever Banega is joining (Roma ‘s 11 million asking price is deemed too high). And then there is Stevan Jovetic:
“He feels like an Inter player, the contract stipulates that there is an obligation to buy for 14,5 million when he plays his first game in the 2016/17 season. But being Jovetic, he has not convinced at Inter. The trick, should there be an offer is the precedence seen in the Shaqiri case, bought and sold in an afternoon. Are the continuos flights to Madrid to visit his friend Savic (Atletico) a sign?” It will be up to Mancini to see if he wants to give Jovetic a second chance to do well at Inter.

mancio has mental problems … and inter suffers because of his sickness.
i think you all expect to much from banega…he is just solid midfielder, great but nothing special…and if he will be our best addition for nex season, then i do not expect muc kore then 4 spot with mancini
In my humble opinion, Jovetic isn’t convince me that he deserves, us paying 15 millions to keep him. Especially adding that he’s injury prone and having problems with Mancini and attitude.
Icardi must stay. I would sell Brozovic and maybe Medel to raise fresh money. We can vastly upgrade the midfielder quality with Biglia and Banega combo. KDog – Biglia – Banega would be terrific. Yaya Toure’s hefty wage is scary. Palacio is finished. Hopefully, Calleri will come next season. With Erkin is a done deal, we need to secure Šime Vrsaljko as well. He is a solid fullback and can play both positions (RB LB). Yes he is quite expensive (12 – 15 millions euros), but we can always offload many deadwood to cover some expenses (Ranocchia, Dodo, Santon, Nagatomo). Ljajic will come back to Roma as Spalletti likes him and Roma will be a scudetto challenger next year. Jovetic? He will stay at least in the beginning of the season. Maybe he will end up just like Shaq (sold at winter transfer session).
Left flank is already covered by Perisic and Eder, but with Ljajic departure I’m not quite sure who will fill the right flank. Candreva would cost us a lot of money. Hatem Ben Arfa is free but we have to compete with giants like Chelsea and Real Madrid for his signature. Hopefully, the Chinese investor’s 60 millions euros will be available as soon as possible.
Looks good! Like a real team with, brain, muscle and speed as well as a good mix of talent and expirience. I would personally hope for Berradi to cover the right side, but then again it sounds like Juve are calling him back. Candreva would, as it goes for Biglia, depend on the price.
For me, Gabbiadini/Mertens is the missing key in the right flank, along with Šime Vrsaljko. Berrardi would be perfect as well, but Rube already sealed the deal. We can dream Candreva & Biglia if the Chinese investors show their money to us. Hopefully, Ausilio will be able to offload all deadwood to recover some money that can be re-invested again.
Well, I like Ljajic, he always did his best in the games, but if he is mentally sick, then I say OK, he can leave…
Mancini should f of not ljajic
There has always been a lot of talk about Ljajic not having the right mindset for making it at a top club and him having problems with coaches everywhere he’s been, from Fiorentina to Roma and now Mancini has had him for a year and often he too critizes him for being lazy!
This clip is from when Ljajic was at Fiorentina and the coach went beserk on him for bad attitude;

interesting, is he really a trouble— in the field he is like running and doing as much as he can, also like praying sometimes, but well you just never know what really happen on the dress room!
Damn..It makes me remember Adriano and Balotelli
if all goes well, mr.x will be on his way out too, according to the latest reports
What reports. Please share.
Poor Llajic…
Yes he’s poor! And no one will miss him with Banega coming in!
like Banega and Ljajic had anything to do with each other. the two players couldnt be any more different…
Banega is only cuming on your sweet ass!!!
