No. Originally, 1-3 get CL, 4 and 5 get EL. But the club that wins Coppa Italia also gets EL. So if Milan win, they get EL, or if Juve win(who are already qualified for CL), EL will go to the highest positioned club not qualified, which is 6th in Serie A.
