Shortly after the final whistle of the Empoli-Inter game, Inter coach Frank De Boer spoke with SKY:
“We have talked a lot about having the right attitude, not only against “the big” teams, but also against “smaller” teams. Tonight we proved ourselves being on the right path, we started with scoring twice and then lost our concentration a bit. We spent a lot of energy against Juventus, but tonight we were very focused and didn’t give Empoli many chances to score.”
The change of pace with Joao Mario? “Joao Mario e Banega are both important to Inter, but I think today our philosophy of playing is clearer to the players and for me that’s very important. We controlled the game and that’s a thing I always want to see.”
Allegri said their performance in Milan was the worst in 30 years? “For Juventus yes, for us no. We played well, were concentrated and deserved to win. ”
Brozovic? He’s part of the club. He needs to work hard at all times and show that he’s a professional. I’m happy he came along with us on the train to Empoli, he’s being helpful and that’s a first step.”

A much better player true, BUT Melo did really well yesterday!
I am pleased that we won against Empoli eventhough i only saw the 1st half coz i slept very sudden..Inter performance was ok. Next match against bologna, we have to win and maintain a good form also the consistency so that our points in the league not too far away with juventus until the end of season. I optimistic our beloved team can reach UCL spot for next year. Forza Inter!

That’s always the fear watching Inter in the last few years, they can compete with the top sides but often look like strangers with no heart or desire to play, struggling with the small teams, drop points and then go into a crisis.
Hopefully DeBoer can finally rid that trait from this great club.
That was Inter problems..but when they faced against a good team, they performed well.. I hope this year Inter keep stable to maintain good form until the end of season and also i hope there is no serious injury for important players. Lets pray for Inter success and better future
