I have seen this match and there’s nothing about him, Mertens looked twice better if not more. Bera has some promising moves, but seem overrated, just like Bernardeschi. If we take him it’s only like a player for the future not a starter or we will play on Sassuolo level
Mertens, Felipe Anderson and maybe Balde Keita could be the players that a) could be actually an improvement to our attack b) might actually want to join us unlike many other names that are thrown by the media.
I do like Berardi and the fact he’s an interista, but I think he alone wouldn’t be enough for the attack. And I’m also not sure if he’s good enough.
