In the upcoming days, there will be a meeting in Milan between Piero Ausilio and Beppe Bozzo. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the meeting was scheduled specifically for Bernardeschi.
“Ausilio would not have spoken if the interest and will of Suning wasn’t strong – Beppe stated – This meeting should alert Fiorentina to quickly extend his contract, if not, then the Italian’s contract will expire by the end of the season. The 23 year-old has already said no to Juve, but also he would love to play with Chelsea. Inter are ready to offer 40 million. A difficult offer for the Viola to say no to. Should Perisic depart, Inter could snatch a double deal by buying Berardi as well.

I would put De Vrij/Acerbi instead Miranda too, but idk if we’ll change the whole defence. Anyway, Rodriguez was shit the whole season while Mendy is performing very well in UCL.

Had actually forgotten about Acerbi! But he’s a great defender and I guess dealing with Sassuolo will be easier than Lazio, and I guess we could include some youngsters in deal to play on loan for them a couple of years (Gnou, Pinamonti, Di Marco, Miangue f.x).

First of all, we aren’t in desperate need of money, Thohir’s era is over. If we’re gonna be a super team (and of course a rich one), we HAVE TO KEEP our star players, so fuck UTD’s money.
Bernardeschi is different type, is not hard worker and doesn’t have the speed, agility and bursting runs of Perisic. I’m OK if we get him, but for CAM, not LW.
Actually Bernardeschi has excatly that! He is very fast with the ball at his feet, he has a great shot from the distance and is tall and strong in the air. He’s working rate is very big endeed!
I’ve never seen him track back or fight for the ball, doesn’t have the fighting till the end attitude.
He played as a wingback for the national team under Conte, trust me he is tracking back.
I know it´s Youtube, and a youtube vid could make my grandmom look like Messi I guess but still: You clearly see in this vid. who fast he is with the ball at his feet and that he very often finds himself in the center at the pitch (meaning he does track back to cover). Of course he isn’t a Box to box player but he simply loves to get the ball no matter where he is! -> Does that sound like a player would could use?!??

Couldnt agree more. I want bernardeschi to play as our trequartista with perisic and berardi on the sides + Joao Mario. This would give us different options up front since J. Mario, Perisic and Bernardeschi can play in multiple roles. And idk about Candreva lol he could stay i guess
