Hopefully the coach will not change unless we seriously invest big in players and in coaching staff.. but honestly, we don’t have a training ground that’s up to the standard of big teams, we don’t have our own stadium (even though it’s complicated), basically we don’t have a solid structure and we’re all looking for one big summer of transfers and one big season, what if we encounter a bad month like every year, and then we finish 7th or even qualify for EL ( which I think is a burden) then we lose everything? Can we invest big every two years? Are we capable of that? If we don’t have a solid structure then we can’t move an inch forward
yep, but most of us just care about big transfers and a big name coach instead fixing the structure itself
