Sky Deutschland – Inter 40m offer for Rudiger, Manchester City also interested

Sky Sport Deutschland report that Inter made a 40 million offer to Roma for Antonio Rudiger. Furthermore, they report that Manchester City have taken initial steps toward signing the German centre half and have made contact with the Giallorossi but as things stand, the Citizens have made no official offer.
