Gabigol walked back down the tunnel in anger as Stefano Vecchi subbed Ever Banega on against Lazio with the Nerazzurri leading 3-1 and having a two man advantage. Tuttosport report that the Brazilian’s actions could lead to him being fined.

i am dumb about him, have we had to pay him a big load bonuses if he plays so then we are this desperate to not giving him play? but from my bad experiences with inter (lol), a 20 year old player will never get any chance playing (just look at his competitor (icardi, eder, palacio?). except we were need in that position
Walking out is silly, but surely its ridiculous why he hasnt gotten more playing time.
He has not been bad in the limited minutes he has played. Its just poor team management, but thats nothing new at Inter, especially when it comes to playng between the age of 18-23. Inter just have no clue how to develop these players into the senior team, amatuers.
There was zero reasons to play Candreva aka the cross master last night, there was nothing to play for.
Hopefully he is sold in the summer, so he doesnt waste anymore time here. Inter should never ever buy players this young anymore, its clear they have absolutely no clue to handle and develop them. A bunch of complete amatuers.
It will be hilarious in a few years when he is worth 70m+, like Coutinho now.
We threw cambiasso into the starting eleven when he was only 23, same for Adriano. You know why? Because they made an impact without a doubt.
Gabigol got some cameo appearance and did nothing with that time he had, he didn’t even show heart by running down the opponents to get the ball back. Heck, the guy can’t even consistently beat his man. At least coutinho showed he had silky dribbling skills that were effective. Gabi has shown that he can do some tricks that look good but that aren’t very effective. How come nobody is lining up to loan him with option to buy? The guy is incomplete as a player, he does have some potential but he needs to go to a Série A team that can afford to wait for him to learn how to play football: his movement, passing, shooting and dribbling isn’t very effective right now.
lol so you are judging a 20 year old based on 113 minutes divided over 9 sub appearances? Are you really that stupid?
Im not even sure what the point of your post is? Cambiasso & Adriano wtf do they have to do with anything?
There is a HUGE difference between being 20 and being 23 in football. At 23 a player has already made the jump to the senior level, at the age of 20 players usually havent. The period from 20 to 23 is probably the most crucial period in a players development and Inter is proven to be clueless with in this regard. This is not even up for discussion.
Also no one has called for Gabigol to be starter, but surely a talent of his size (not to mention a 30m€ investment), should have been given more playing time to develop.
man, cuchu was already playing with madrid, and the emperor played for fiorentina before gaining first team playing with us, gabigol far more less than them.
it was just implying they were getting ‘first team experience’ at somewhere else before joining us.
so i think it’s more pointing that inter is no place for blooming youths, we just casually playing the experienced players.
I’m usually against these moves. But I totally support Gabi in this. Shitty club philosophy and selfish asshole Vecchi that refused to start Gabi, so maybe he could build himself a CV, after winning a meaningless match against Lazio.
And that only happened thanks to the ref for wrongfully not awarding Lazio a penalty and giving Keita the yellow card.
Fuck you Vecchi
Indeed, people here usually whine about ref mistakes against Inter.
Im not hearing much shit thrown at the refs because of last nights game, which was PURELY won due to a silly ref and some luck (the own goal).
Well fans usually bitch about refs if they do mistakes against their team and turn a blind eye when refs favor their team. Nothing weird about that. That was a lucky win and Lazio were not really good either. That’s about it.
Dude we won the game and outplayed them even before the red card. So shut ur shitty long mouth and spear some positivity
Forza Inter
Merdajuve
His decision were mostly right tho :/
According to analysts. Biggest mistake was not awarding a penalty the first time Murillo fouled.
and lazio playing sh*t too. lol
Of course he should fined! His place is on the bench until his coach tells him otherwise. This spoiled overrated kid should leave in summer and play his football somewhere they´ll give him a chance to show what he really has to show – he surely hasn’t got the right attitude to stay at Inter and work for playing time!
Yup, as much as I want to see the kid play, you don’t under any circumstance walk out on your team. Make your 25mil and capitalize at every opportunity. If you start scoring goals every time you hit the pitch you will always play. Plus it was the little mans birthday week. Let him get some time in too. It would have been nice to see them both from the start, and the way we won, we probably could have.
You earn your place in the team it´s never given and Pinamonti is the real deal Gabi-one foot isn’t (yet)…
Man I totally agree with you. To be honest never understood why we paid so much for this kid in first place. If there are 3 coaches (de boer, pioli, vecchi) who leave ur ass on the bench well.. u are not ready. Fans in Italy and Brazil fed his ego. When i see him on the pitch im not impressed and if he has this entitled kid attitud i say Its time for him to leave
Hard to see anybody wanting to pay that much for him after this season let alone his big wages. I bet we will loan him somewhere next season and pay most of his 2,7 mil salary, because the team that takes him can’t or doesn’t want to pay so much.
Lol that’s what I call a good piece of business… Even by Inter standard…
Hopefully my prediction is wrong and somebody buys him with good price. Would be best for Inter and Gabigol at this situation probably. It’s not complitely impossible some team would want to bet on him
Yep I agree… he´s one footed and very predictable and really seems like he thinks he´s already a world class player. I mean when Kovacic arrived he was working very hard on the pitch and was doing a lot of running for the team – he tried to make himself useful for the team and coach, Gabi doesn’t…
lol, your comments gets dumber and dumber every day.
I think ausilio forced coaches to not let gabigol play , since gabi is not one of the his purchases finger crossed
If that happened wouldn’t FdB and Pioli tell it to the press as that would be really weird and they have no loyality to Inter anymore?
Amala inter amala
Hmm… that really doesn’t make any sense at all. Ausillio was our Director of Sports and the one who oversees transfer last summer and surely he wanted to buy Gabi too just like the hole club did – that was also one the reasons for Mancini leaving; no one shared his vision of how to build the team with quality experienced players and not young “wanna be wonder kid-in-the-next-FM-game” players….
So if he okay-ed a buy of Gabi and then forced every coach since his arrival not to play him, it´ll look really bad fo Ausilio and make him look like he doesn’t know how to buy good useful players.
Suning bought Gabi with Kia’s help. I bet Ausilio was only nodding his shoulders saying whatever. But if Ausilio would start telling the coach not to play Gabigol then surely the coach would be like wtf? After that he would ask about it from Zhang. And after that Ausilio would be getting the boot.
I’m tired of these conspiracy theories about Gabigol not playing. The answer is usually the simplest and most obvious one, but I won’t say it out loud as it pisses people off here.
Agree with you all the way – like always!
It´s football; if you show your worthing of playing on Sundays during weekly training, you´ll get the chance to do so, if not; your benched!
No coach let players play because they have birthday or because they fell sorry for them or what ever, they play the players that always gives their all.
Football is a team´s sport not a sport for individuals like Tennis!
And I know for sure that Gabi will in future not just be Coutinho 2.0, but the next Pelé and worth 250 million euros. Anyone who disagrees with me is either an idiot or a troll. You can’t say he might be a flop, because you haven’t seen him play, but I can at the same time predict that he will be next Ballon d’or winner. Period.
And why did I come to the conclusion Gabi is the future king of football? It was told to me by the most unbiased source ever: his dad. I trust to the voice of people now, because according to his dad the voice of the people is the voice of God. So after that I decided to trust voice of some people instead of my eyes. Simple.
LOL!!! Please my friend, don’t loose your mind over this player or any other overrated rat from our current sqaud! 🙂
Sorry that I can’t upvote you, because I think Gabigol is amazing and Inter’s best and smartest buy ever.
Are you really his dad sitting back home in Brazil writing about his so beloved son?
I’m just a guy telling the truth. He’s amazing.
You´re his father – admit it 😉
Never. And I forgot to say that every coach that comes to Inter wants to leave him to bench, because they want to ruin his career. He´s just so great they can´t handle it. Obvious.
Plus he´s also so good looking with his neat hair cut and nice almost-pimp-ass-beard not to mention his super hot girlfriend who´s the sister of Neymar; no wonder everyone hates him!
Finally you also admit that he is great. Mission accomplished.
