If the opponents defense is closed down perisic becomes extremly predictable or in other words he needs major space , that is not the case with di maria who has a cassano touch that dont need space
Don’t forget that Di Maria was huge flop in Manchester United! He was and is very inconsistent, he’s a moody player and his contribution in defence is far away from Perisic’s! Nobody knows how he will adapt to italian football, how much time it will take. His current salary is insane for our standards and will blow up the dressing room!

One good thing about di maria is he’s not only a winger nut also a playmaker who has good eyes something that perisic lack of. But his salary is clearly out of our parameter. So i dont really sure about this rumour
Let the coach have a voice (but not all the power) on what players we should buy and sell. I don’t like that we’re attempting to buy and sell players before a coach comes in… Defenders is one thing but midfielders and forwards is diff. Coaches have diff philosophies on what they need of their midfielders and forwards. We need to get a coach quick so we don’t lose out in the transfer market and also so we get the right players.
I believe they already asked our future coach about his opinion and they already started negotiations…i dont think they will let us know immediately everything happens under the table lets wait and see
I’m hoping that’s the case… I just don’t like how transfers have gone down in recent yrs, it’s like we’re just buying players to say “hey we bought someone”. Not because they’re the right fit.

Perisic don’t wanna be Handa i guess…he’s 28 and he wants to play at the highest level asap…while there are chance that inter might build scudetto contender for next season but he had enough…so it’s a win win for us if we sold him almost triple the value.
We will miss him…a lot…but it’s the best cause even if the newcomer/s struggling to adapt serie a or with the team..at least they will try…while Perisic already stop trying and play without focus or collective happiness…he’s heart and head are not in here anymore.

Sad that we are but I can understand why. Maybe back then he didn’t want to leave but I have the feeling he does now. I really like him and would be happy if we could find a way to keep him and our best players. However it will be difficult to sell the lesser needed players by the deadldeadline.
