Tuttosport report that Inter will have €150 million to spend in the mercato this summer. The figure will include the fee received from Ivan Perisic, who has an agreement with Manchester United. The main targets for Inter are Antonio Rudiger, Dalbert, Radja Nainggolan and Federico Bernardeschi.

Nainggolan surely wont arrive.
But even if those 4 mentioned players arrive, it would strenghen the defense much.
They should stop their nainggolan pipe dream and spend that money on a proper DM and a new RB instead, not to mention a decent backup CB.
Some report 150 mil budget , others 110. Some say Nainggolan is main target others say Strootman, Verratti. Not to mention Bernardeschi and Berardi rumors. Every single one of these “news” are speculations and madeup stories that papers need to sell. Just ignore it all, sit back and wait for something concrete to happen. So far the only rumor i find believable is Dalbert.
Indeed, in reality the media knows pretty much jackshit (including Di Marzio, who some people here likes to jerk off to like he is some transfer guru with inside knowledge).
The media have some idea of possible players targets so they just keep making shit up and recyling old articles with the same player rumours.
Its what they make money from doing afterall.

Di Marzio has been proven legit. With fastest confirmation on to real on going negotiations, mainly of which related to Italian clubs. At least that’s what I saw from these last two years.
You will know it if you follow the news at near the last days of transfer market where anything goes in a matter of hours, with all the unnecessary things being shorten and many decisions be made super quick by the clubs, players, and agents. You will see the difference between Di Marzio and any other media sources.
If we get these 4 major players (okay don’t know Dalbert much but he seems to be a very interesting, super fast, technically strong player with a great left foot) we´ll defiantly look strong enough for top 3-4!
