Bernadeschi looks good because no team aware for him yet, but next season when all team has aware of him he will be marked tightly and will be look a like a average players, but perisic he is a proven player
This could be the case indeed, only time will tell.
But it’s definitely risky to spend 50m on a player with just one good season under his belt. But Italians are usually 2x more expensive, if bernadeshi wasn’t Italian he would probably cost 25m tops.
If salary is the problem, then increase his salary. I chose give him 5m contract than the same amount for berna. But if he want to leave n nothing can change his mind, then no need to keep him. So let spaleti meet n talk to him personaly before making any decision
I think he should be sold if there really is a 50m offer. In a year he won’t even be worth half that.
But if spalletti wants him to stay, then so be it (if the player wants as well of course). No need to buy bernadeshi then, he is overpriced as fuck anyways.
Spend the budget on starting rb, lb, CB, DM and a backup forward.
Another season with perisic, icardi and candreva wouldn’t be a disaster. Then next summer new rw and lw can be brought.
Is it worth the trouble? If we want to be a big team again then we should keep hold of our best players. He will be very difficult to replace so I say keep him.
Assuming this is Spalletti’s wish and Zhang abides then this a good start for Spalletti’s tenure here. Selling Perisic and then using that money on Berna just because Suning want young Italians doesn’t sound like the best policy. It’s good that they do what the coach asks and don’t go solo again.
True and bernadeshi might not even develop into a 50m player. I have never been convinced that he is worth the risk.
Selling perisic now, at his highest possible value and investing that into new younger players who can increase in value makes sense.
On the other hand inter is unlikely to find a better player than perisic right now and he could make the difference between reaching the CL. But then if the team flops again and does not reach the CL with perisic then it would have been a wasted opportunity to get the most money out of him.
It’s not really black or white, not an easy decision as we can’t predict the future.

Perisic is at his peak. Experts say bernardeschi has loads of untapped potential and he is the only one with the class to be italys next best no10 (after Baggio, totti). I personally prefer berardi but berardi is more of a solo artist who can do it all by himself: more of a no.9/7. Whereas bernardeschi is a no.10 that is being forced on the wing/wingback… bernardeschi has the most potential and his talent is undeniable: he can potentially be our lynchpin and him playing with icardi can be absolutely lethal: and that’s with perisic and candreva/berardi flanking him.
To be completely honest I would like to sell perisic, I didn’t appreciate his attitude this year. Candreva had heart but if conte still wants him I would sell him too. I would love to see a Banega, bernardeschi and berardi as our 3 amf supporting icardi.
Im also not convinced by jmario: I would love to sell him as well as donkey kondogbia.
We need strootman to partner gagliardini and then a palmieri and rudiger and our team is set for a 2nd place finish.

Try to keep Banega, next year is a wc year and he will absolutely apply himself, bank on him after the wc. Same for mario, probably best to sell him next year since he can’t defend, shoot, tackle and refuses to play on the wing for Inter this year.

This feels like Sneijder all over again. I love the guy, but for 50 to 55M we should sell him. With that you can bring in Bernardeschi to replace him on the left and still get my number one target Berardi on the right.

Much safer to keep him and this seems to be Spalletti’s request. If we have as much money as they say then keep him and fix the defence and midfield. I hope Spalletti convinces Zhang and he’ll make serious sacrifices for this team.
And about that 52mil price I have to say that it isn’t even sure ManU has or is prepared to offer that. Some news say they have offered 30-35mil. Inter can get 25-30mil for him next summer if he plays well. We need to have an adequate replacement for him and I’m not too convinced about Berna. And he might arrive even if we don’t sell Perisic.
Bernardeschi won’t be cheaper than 40M and Berardi is at least 35M.
What I meant to say was use the Perisic money to replace him with Bernardeschi and just pay out for Berardi
